Claims for product return must be made within 5 (five) days of receipt of goods.  A  Return Authorization Number must be requested and be shown on shipping label.  Call tags cannot be issued for returns.  Returns of stock items NOT caused by Fabricover.com error will incur a 15% or $15.00 minimum restocking fee, plus any original prepaid shipping costs and any return shipping costs. Fabricover.com cannot accept decorated or custom made goods for return.  Returned stock merchandise must be new and in sellable condition.  Damages caused by the shipper are the responsibility of the customer.
